Are you buying the shed
directly from the manufacturer, or a middleman
(wholesaler)? |
We are the manufacturer!
Our factory is located at 2421 Rt.9 North Old
Bridge, New Jersey. Numerous sheds are on display
and we are there to assist you.

on-site (in your yard), or is it being dropped on your
property whole? |
We walk all materials
onto your property and build on-site! There is no need
to worry about your fence, trees, bushes, phone lines,
lawn sprinkler systems, etc |

| Is the shed being built
by experienced (employee) carpenters, or by hired
subcontractors? |
All our sheds are built
by our full-time, experienced carpenters. |

Does the
company stand behind its product with a warranty? |
We use only
the highest quality products and craftsmanship, and we
stand behind our product with a 5 year warranty! |

included in the price of the shed? |
All our sheds come
with many standard features that many other companies
will charge you extra for. |

options to customize the shed, or are you limited to
"what they have" ? |
We offer numerous
affordable options for you to customize the shed to your
needs and likings. |

| What are your
responsibilities before and after the shed arrives? |
We do not require a
stone, gravel or concrete foundation. We can paint or
vinyl side the shed. All you need to do is watch our
experienced carpenters build the shed. Oh yeah, then you
need to fill the shed up! |

| Does the company let you
inspect the finished shed before final payment is due,
or is payment required when the order is placed?
Note: The
Department of Consumer Affairs warns against paying in
full before work has been satisfactorily completed. |
We reserve a
construction date with a 20% down payment. After the
shed is built and you are completely satisfied the
balance is due by either check or Visa/M.C. charge. |
